About us
Omegazone Group has been a leading design and build company in Lebanon since its establishment in 2006, under the leadership of Wissam Khabazian. In 2019, we expanded our reach by relocating our base to Cyprus, capitalizing on the region’s strategic location and business-friendly environment to drive our growth and excellence. We initially started with maintenance and site deep cleaning services in Cyprus and gradually expanded our operations. Over time, we became one of the first companies in the region to offer contracting services through Omegazone Building Construction Services.
Thanks to the trust of our clients, we grew further, and Wissam, as an architect registered with ETEK, founded Khabazian Architects in 2021, adding a dedicated design and engineering division to the group. In 2024, we took another major step with our partners by launching our property development company, Alemar CY Ltd, further solidifying our presence in the industry and continuing to deliver innovative solutions.
